AUS #2: Sydney Opera House and Manly Wharf

First sighting of the Opera House... sadly construction is taking place in the tourist off-season so the steps closer to me are not so photogenic at the moment.

My tour book said the inspiration for the geometric shapes is speculated at coming from the architect peeling an orange.  I can see that.

Not many times do you get to see people climbing the peaks, but this is tourist off-season - so it has its perks.

The "Coathanger" - Sydney Harbour Bridge (Yes, I'm spelling Harbour incorrectly, pity the British influence.)

From a ferry I got better views

Of the city as well.  Again note random yellow driller on barge off to side - the joys of the off-season.
Hello there skyline.

Once there was a buoy and a lighthouse.

What a Manly Wharf.  Yes I ate there and then it rained, and then there were 90 km/hr winds, after which no more pictures.
